Numbers keep you honest.

A rough recovery score on the page beats “training is going great” in the copy. Some days these numbers will be good. Some days they won't. Both get published, because that's the only version of accountability that counts.

The numbers get here on their own. The band measures, the page publishes, and I don't get to tidy anything up in between.
